Sound Healing with Harriet Emily

Zoe has always been rooted in creativity, led by intuition — not just in what she makes, but in how she lives. Her early path took her from the UK to Dubai, where she built a fashion business designing abayas that honoured elegance, identity, and self-expression.

That chapter was filled with both beauty and challenge — bold moves, creative passion, and inner trials. Searching for herself in all the wrong places, she lost touch with who she truly was. Beneath the surface, deeper questions stirred — a longing not for more, but for something real. Something lasting.

Running was Zoe’s reset. Through training, she embraced a more health-conscious life and let go of old habits. But a horse-riding accident shifted everything — perhaps the result of ignoring earlier whispers to change direction. Advised to stop running, she was gently guided toward yoga, where she discovered Kundalini Yoga — a practice that awakened something deep within. What first felt “too woo-woo” became a sacred invitation. In that stillness, something cracked open. She began to remember.

We can always return to our truth — when we slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect. Zoe’s journey led her to help other women do the same.

She immersed herself in the healing arts: Kundalini Yoga, Pregnancy and Children’s Yoga, Reiki, mantra, meditation, and sound. Not to fix — but to feel. Not to perform — but to return. And from that return, music began to flow.

Under the name ZOĒ, she creates from a place of authenticity and lived experience, first for her healing, and in the hope that her music might guide and connect with others too. Her sound — spacious, emotive, and raw — is more than music. It is soul medicine.

Now based in Henley-on-Thames, Zoe lives with her husband, daughter, and stepchildren. Motherhood, healing practices, and the rhythm of everyday life have been her greatest teachers — humbling, stretching, and softening her. Layer by layer, the noise of conditioning has fallen away, guiding her back to what is true.

As a teacher and guide, Zoe shares what she has learned. She holds space for women who feel stuck, dimmed, or disconnected — women ready to reclaim their voice, power, and presence. Through her music, classes, and soul mentorship, she offers spaces where softness is strength and presence is power.

Whether through voice, movement, or deep listening, Zoe invites others to come home to themselves — gently, honestly, and fully.

This is a path of remembrance,
a reclamation of truth,
a discovery of purpose —
and she walks it beside you.
