Zoe, based in Henley-on-Thames, is a mother and step-mum who has walked her own path of deep transformation..  a journey that inspired Sacred Remembering™, her unique approach to guiding others back to their truth.

Motherhood alone is one of the deepest transformations, yet so many women feel life stops there .. or become overwhelmed carrying the emotional load and endless responsibilities. Through her work, Zoe reminds others that this isn’t the end, but a new beginning .. an awakening to deeper purpose, passion, and self. By creating boundaries and cultivating balance, she guides women to realign with their truth and live in harmony with their purpose.

Through Kundalini Yoga, her connection to sound, voice, and as a student of Kabbalah wisdom, she opens portals of softness and awakening sacred spaces to release, realign, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

Zoe is also an artist, and her music and teachings are both medicine and mirror..  gentle reminders that healing is possible, and that you are never alone on the path home to yourself.
